We also own our own UK based Administration centre, Adminicle Ltd. This gives us better control over documentation processing and fulfilment, and where relevant we can handle claims in house.
We provide an efficient online reporting system for all our accident, sickness, unemployment and buildings and contents insurance products. This is invaluable for the Retail Mediation Activities Return (RMAR) to the FSA.
