The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has rigorous training and compliance standards. At Assurant Intermediary Ltd we want our brokers to exceed wherever possible.
We see our role as going far beyond being a provider of insurance products and so we offer what we believe is one of the best training packages available in the sector.
We have strengthened our team and brought in individuals with significant senior sales and training and compliance management experience within insurance and mortgage sectors. This enables us to develop our systems in terms of the regulations placed upon ourselves, which in turn helps us to develop strong support systems for our brokers.
We would not attempt to take responsibility for our agents’ fulfilment of their training and compliance obligations; instead we aim to provide a comprehensive support service which will assist them in this fulfilment. Whilst the service we currently provide is already beyond that of a typical provider, we will continue to enhance it further as regulations develop and our brokers seek further assistance.
